Applicability: 本政策适用于365bet亚洲官方投注(“365bet体育亚洲官方入口”或“学院”)的所有员工. 如果员工受主协议约束，且本政策的任何条款与主协议不一致, 以主协议条款为准.

Purpose: 本政策的目的是确定365bet体育亚洲官方入口员工开发的发明和材料的所有权利益, contractors, and agents.

Definitions:

"Inventions" means all devices, discoveries, processes, methods, uses, products or combinations, 是否获得专利或可获得专利.

"Materials" means all tangible and intangible work product; discoveries; inventions; improvements; documentation; techniques; methodologies; data; works of authorship; designs; ideas; solutions; instructional (textbooks, course content, tests, homework, etc.), literary, artistic, dramatic, and musical materials or works; software (code, games, etc.); sound, visual, audiovisual, film or other recordings or transcriptions in any format; and all other materials, published or unpublished, in hard-copy or electronic form.

"College Supported" 指全部或部分创造的发明或材料:(1)与员工在学院的正常职责相结合, agent, or contractor (i.e., works made for hire); (2) during 365bet体育亚洲官方入口 recognized work time, overtime, sabbatical leave, or other 365bet体育亚洲官方入口-granted leave with pay or partial pay; (3) with the assistance of grant money obtained by 365bet体育亚洲官方入口; or (4) with the assistance of equipment, material, software, information, 或其他超过名义上的财务或非财务资源.

"Commissioned Works" 指学院专门承包的发明或材料.

Statement:

学院致力于鼓励创新, creativity, 以及为学生和社区服务的有效性, 学院希望其员工遵守有关知识产权创造和使用的所有法律、政策和程序.

I. Ownership

除非合约另有指明(包括批出合约), 所有学院资助的发明和材料的合法所有权以及任何相关收益的权利归365bet体育亚洲官方入口所有.

When appropriate, 学校资助的发明和材料将以学校联合办学中心的名义获得正式的法定版权. In the case of patents, 所有申请应附有适当的转让书，以确保365bet体育亚洲官方入口的所有权.

II. 在外部咨询工作中开发的发明和材料

学院员工为第三方组织制造或开发的发明和材料, 在学院职责范围之外，不使用任何学院的资源或信息, 不得视为学院支持或委托, 该等发明和材料的所有权利仍归该个人所有.

III. 大学使用版权和发明收益收入

学院从学院支持的发明和材料中获得的收入将由董事会酌情使用.

IV. Releases

Employees, contractors, 和代理人应负责从为学院支持的发明和材料做出贡献或可识别的个人那里获得适当的书面声明. 也可向雇员索取书面陈述, contractors, 或者特工们尽其所能表明这一点, 发明和开发的材料不侵犯现有的版权或其他合法权利.

V. Transfer of Rights

学院可自行决定分配, transfer, lease, 或出售其在学院支持发明和材料方面的全部或部分合法权利.

VI. 政策解释及修订

有关本政策的查询可直接向版权图书管理员提出. 校董会可修改本政策的全部或部分内容, provided, however, 这样的修改不会影响既得权利.
